2. Stamping the bee
Jean Dubost Laguiole flatware then moves on to the stamping stage, where the bee logo is applied to each and every piece.

4. Initial polishing
The flatware then undergoes an initial polishing stage for 15 minutes or so, in a bath of steel balls which deburr the flatware.
