Cooking time for 1 egg broken directly into the MICRO EGG ®: Soft: 25 s / Medium: 35 s / Hard: 45s

SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH SUN-DRIED TOMATOES

Ingredients: Eggs - grated Swiss chesse - whole cream - sun-dried tomatoes - chives

Break and beat 2 eggs, add 1 tablespoon of grated Swiss cheese and 1 tablespoon of whole cream. Cut 2 sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces, chop a few strands of chives and add them to the eggs.
Cook for 35 seconds in the microwave oven.

CODDLED EGG

Ingredients: Egg - whole cream - salt and pepper

Put a teaspoon of whole cream in the MICRO EGG ®.
Add 1 egg on top. Add salt and pepper.
Cook for 35 seconds in the microwave oven.

OMELETTE WITH HERBS

Ingredients: Eggs - fresh herbs - milk

Break 2 eggs into the MICRO EGG ®, chop some fresh herbs (parsley, chives, chervil, basil, sorrel, etc.) according to taste. Add salt and pepper. Add a teaspoon of milk to make it softer. Beat the omelette lightly.
Cook for 40 seconds in the microwave oven.

AUVERGNAT EGG

Ingredients: Egg - whole cream - diced bacon - Auvergne Blue cheese

Put a teaspoon of whole cream in the MICRO EGG ®, add some diced bacon, break an egg on top, add a good slice of Auvergne Blue cheese
Cook for 40 seconds in the microwave oven.

SAVOYARD EGG

Ingredients: Egg - whole cream - diced bacon - diced ham - Comté cheese

Put a teaspoon of whole cream in the MICRO EGG ®, add some diced bacon and diced ham. Break an egg on top and cover with thin slices of Comté cheese
Cook for 40 seconds in the microwave oven.

SOFT-BOILED EGG FOR CAESAR STYLE SALAD

Ingredients: Egg - diced bacon - diced stale bread - oil - lettuce - sald and pepper - red onion - parmesan - olive oil

Put 2 teaspoons of diced bacon in the MICRO EGG ®, screw the lid on and cook for 40 seconds. Add some diced stale bread and a dash of oil and continue cooking for 15 more seconds. Mix and pour these ingredients onto your plate of lettuce. 
Break an egg directly into the MICRO EGG ®, add salt and pepper, screw the lid on and cook for 35 seconds. Pour the egg onto the lettuce, add a few thin slices of red onion, some shaved parmesan, and a dash of olive oil.

Cooking time: 40 + 15 + 35 seconds   Power: 800 W

GREEK OMELETTE

Ingredients: Egg - olive - Feta cheese - plain yogurt - salt and pepper - cherry tomato

Break and beat an egg directly into the MICRO EGG ®. Add 1 finely chopped olive, 2 cubes of crumbled Feta cheese and a teaspoon of plain yogurt
Add salt and pepper and mix your preparation. Add 1 cherry tomato, screw the lid on and cook for 45 seconds in the microwave oven.

Serve with green salad and a dash of olive oild.
