X46Cr13 HRC 52-55 stainless steel full tang blades ensure effortless cutting. Entirely made in France near Thiers in our centenary workshops guarantees you hand-made knives piece by piece with a cutlery know-how transmitted for 4 generations for exceptional quality.

The block is also 100% french manufactured, made of oiled beech wood with a beautiful brushed stainless steel front bearing our brand logo and the names of each knives’ uses.

Here the version of the world wood species proposes a different wood essence for each handle: violet (paring), PEFC certified oak for the sustainable management of forests (kitchen knife), wenge (santoku) and olive wood (bread knife), for a creative inspiration, a colorful and tasty international cuisine!

  Jean Dubost, professional cutler since 1920, a living heritage company over century old and certified CSR level confirmed** by AFNOR certification, launches its counter furniture with the indispensable olive wood utensils.

The furniture is eco-designed from recycled wood waste and PEFC certified - for sustainable forest management- poplar antlers baskets printed with vegetable inks.

It contains 102 utensils: 30 flat beveled spatulas 30 cm, 12 Salad serving 30 cm, 24 curved spatulas 30 cm, 24 English spoons 30 cm, 12 cutting boards 26x11 cm.
