  Committed cutler, Jean Dubost has been involved in environmental protection for many years. Since 2008, we offer vegetable biomaterial handles, then in 2009 we obtain the PEFC certification and offer you oak wood handles from sustainably managed forests, now Jean Dubost opens a 3rd segment with the circular economy!
The handles of our new Sense® kitchen knives range are made from an innovative eco-designed material made from plastic waste collected and recycled in France.
